Abstract

This work is a report on the teacher training experience during the supervisedinternship. In this way, the entire development of the contact that the interns had with
two public elementary and secondary schools in the municipality of Itapororoca is
presented. Thus, the structural conditions and the reality of the employees, teachers and
students who make this institution happen are exposed, bringing this reality and
contrasting it with what the National Curricular Parameters suggest/state. In this report,
we dealt with different differences in each school, which showed how the country's
Education needs a very urgent priority. Regarding the theoretical contribution, we are
based on the discussions of Oliveira (2010), Freire (1987) and Brasil (2018).
