Early childhood is a period in which windows of learning opportunities open up to favor the knowledge acquisition process. When the baby is inside his mother's belly, he already begins to interact with the people who are closest to him, and thus prepares himself for a world full of textures, sensations and affections. At birth, the child gives its first cry of independence. Between screams and pats on the bottom (when they don't accept the way out of the womb) babies are immersed in a great novelty: the miracle of life. Soon your eyes widen to visualize strange images and voices that begin to sharpen your senses. Vision is the first of them, because as soon as they are born, the little ones feel in their eyes a strong discomfort that is the strong light and, that is why, they cry a lot until they reach their mother's arms. Given these findings, a research is presented on how pedagogical actions in Early Childhood Education spaces encourage stimulation and games in order to promote the development of babies and young children. The universe where the research was developed was the Nursery Alexia Luana dos Santos Cesário in the city of Cabedelo/PB, having as subjects the existing teachers in the institution. The Qualitative Approach was taken into account, which was assumed as a methodological option due to the fact that it is concerned with the understanding and interpretation of the phenomenon. The instruments used were the interview followed by observation, these two resources were thought of in the perspective of obtaining reports contained in the speech of the social authors, as well as knowing their opinions about the approached theme.
